Avis has moved to the care center and is offering all personal property through online only auction. Everything is clean and neat. Make plans to attend the preview to inspect the items in person. Preview will be Monday May 15, 6:00- 8:00 pm. or contact the auctioneer at 515 341 0874. Please note pick up times and dates to abide with. All items must be picked up at the scheduled times. May 19, 5:00 – 7:30 pm & Saturday May 20, 9:00 am- 11:00 am. Bring your own boxes and help to load your items. Note that some items may have doorways, stairs, and hallways to navigate through.
